Brent Eisen, a 3rd generation Coloradan, has practiced law since 1997. Over the course of his career Brent has served as legal counsel for real estate and real estate financing related transactions exceeding $1 billion. Brent served as General Counsel and a senior executive to a real estate acquisition, horizontal and vertical real estate development, land banking, and finance company founded in 1967. Brent served as a senior attorney representing the City and County of Denver on diverse issues including public and private partnerships for infrastructure and transportation financing and development; public and private land use planning and other entitlements; public-private smart city planning and development, infrastructure investment; facilities leasing and real estate acquisitions, management and dispositions. During his tenure at the City, Brent was the lead attorney for the zoning and development departments, the National Western land acquisition project, several transit-oriented development (TOD) projects the and the expansion of 1-70.
Brent has also held General Counsel roles in several technology companies, including an international financial technology company that developed AI systems for providing cross-border commercial real estate loans. Brent also served in an advisory capacity to a business bank focused on real estate development, construction lending and distressed assets. For over 18 years Brent served as a trusted advisor and Treasurer to former Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock as well as an advisor and Treasurer to former Colorado Speaker of the House Terrance D. Carroll. |
