Hirsch L. Neustein
Hirsch L. Neustein is a business oriented lawyer with over a dozen years of experience representing clients in the acquisition/disposition, development, financing, and leasing, of all types of commercial real estate. Hirsch has represented clients in the purchase, sale, and financing of over one billion dollars of real estate across a variety of asset classes, and has also represented landlords and tenants in the leasing of several million square feet of office, retail, and industrial property, including Fortune 500 companies and national retail chains. As both as outside and in-house counsel, Hirsch has advised clients on a variety of other business and legal issues, such as advising on corporate governance matters, updating employee handbooks and corporate policies, reviewing vendor agreements and service contracts, and negotiating charitable gift agreements.
Prior to founding Kadima Law Group, Hirsch spent approximately eight years as a lawyer in the real estate department of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, one of the top rated real estate legal departments in the United States. Hirsch has also served as associate at a boutique New York City real estate law firm, and as corporate counsel at a well-known real estate development company. |
