We represent borrowers and lenders on real estate transactions involving debt financing and refinancing. We have experience representing borrowers in negotiating complex loan transactions with bulge bracket banks, local banks, and other real estate lenders.

We advise out-of-state law firms and business clients and provide legal opinions pertaining to Colorado, New Jersey, and New York law.​

We navigate entitlement processes and assist clients in rezoning property and obtaining site development approvals. We have extensive experience working with local governments and community stakeholders to shepherd large development projects through complex permitting schemes.

We negotiate architecture and construction contracts and advise clients on the best design and construction contract structures for their needs.
